The top notes of the fragrance are bright and lively, with a mix of ripe strawberries, juicy raspberries, and tangy blackberries. These fruity notes are perfectly balanced with a touch of citrus, adding a zesty freshness to the scent.

Candle Care:
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn candles out of reach of children and pets. Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles. Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire. Only burn this candle on a level heat resistant surface.
Never burn this candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Do not allow the flame to touch the side of the container. On the first burn, we encourage a burn for 1-2 hours to ensure an even melt pool. Ensure the wick is upright, above the wax and central before the wax sets. Always trim the wick to 5mm before lighting to avoid smoking and damage to the container. The container will become hot during use. Extinguish when 5mm of wax remains and do not relight.

Delivery to UK & ROI on orders over £50 is free. Flat rate delivery on orders lower than this is £3.50.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days using either Royal Mail 2nd Class or courier. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery before contacting us.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@lottieelizabeth.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you will be fully responsible for the shipping cost of your return. We do not cover the cost of returning item(s). Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
