With an array of scents to choose from, you'll be spoilt for choice. From refreshing Cherry Blossom and soothing Lavender to sweet Vanilla and Wild Berries, there's a scent for everyone. These wax melts are the perfect way to add a touch of luxury to your home, and will leave a long-lasting fragrance.
Top Notes: Sweet and fruity, featuring notes of succulent fruits such as peach, pear, or citrus, providing an initial burst of luscious and delightful aroma.

Each clamshell contains ~80g of scented soy wax which can be easily broken into 6 pieces. This allows you to melt individual or multiple pieces, releasing the fragrance into your home for approximately 6-8 hours at a time. Small variations in weight occur from time to time as these are hand poured.

Delivery
Delivery to UK & ROI on orders over £50 is free. Flat rate delivery on orders lower than this is £3.50.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days using either Royal Mail 2nd Class or courier. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery before contacting us.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@lottieelizabeth.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you will be fully responsible for the shipping cost of your return. We do not cover the cost of returning item(s). Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
